If you put a brake do you lose flat touring capability?

Asked by: Hefty
Hi! The Superlite 12 with a brake installed, is free to ski inbound as well as on tours. You will want to disengage the brake and turn the heel of the binding until the brake is in the locked position. You can also easily remove the brake to reduce weight while touring. Thank you! The Look Team

Can the superlight binding be set up without the brake?

Asked by: Anonymous
Hi! The Superlite 12 can be set up without a brake. However, it is always recommended to run this set up with a ski brake, especially if you are planning on skiing in bounds at a resort or ski area. Thank you! The Look Team
