LONG ELASTICITY

Longer elastic travel ensures more reliable retention to keep you in when you need. LOOK bindings offer the most elastic travel (lateral and vertical) and the fastest re-centering prior to release, ensuring superior shock absorption to reduce unwanted pre-release.

MULTI DIRECTIONNAL RELEASE
LOOK is the only binding brand to develop a true mechanical upward release that functions independently from the heel for the most effective multi-directional protection in the case of a fall.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trusted feel you'd expect! My 18 AW with 95mm brake mounted a custom 90mm underfoot ski. I ski at a 9 din due to weight. I have had other pivots in the past and this was my first go at the 18. Same great feel and reliability. Felt locked in through every turn - recent conditions had me release for the first time and it was a good release. Forza color looks sick with my setup. A warranted 5.

Can you explain the functional and mechanical differences between the toe pieces on the pivot 18 and pivot 14?

Asked by: Alec
Hi! The Pivot 18 and Pivot 14 housing is different. The Pivot 14 housing is plastic and features separate toe wing assembly. The Pivot 18 binding has one complete metal housing and the toe piece will pivot when releasing. If you have any further questions, please send us an email at inforossiusa@rossignol.com Thank You! Are the 2019 and 2020 versions identical? PIVOT 14 AW B95 BLACK ICON I can't find the 2020 and see 2019 available.

Asked by: Steve
Hi! Our 19/20 Pivot 14 GW B95 will be launching in the Fall of 2019 and will be available at authorized retailers at that time. For the 19/20 season, our binding technology has not changed. You will note the change from AW to GW, both of which mean that the binding is compatible for both Grip Walk and Alpine Soles. We have extended this compatibility to our Pivot 18 this season. Can you adjust the size of the 18s to fit a different size boot?

Asked by: AntonM
Hi! Pivot bindings are mounted directly to your skis. While they do have some adjustment available, they are not made to work as a demo binding or system binding that can easily adjust to accommodate different boot sizes. If you have any questions about adjusting your currently Pivot bindings, we would recommend going into an authorized Look dealer to get some assistance.
