Important Product Safety Notice
The ROSSIGNOL Group would like to inform all consumers,
retailers and others in possession of certain 2011-2012 ROSSIGNOL
and LOOK ski binding models (SPEEDSET/EPR4/DEMO2 and FLASH skis
mounted with these bindings) that a control procedure has been
organized to retrieve and inspect these bindings.
Some of these bindings in lots produced after June 1, 2011 may have
a toe piece component that does not meet our specifications, and it
may allow the toe car to slide and cause an inadvertent release and
a fall.
For your safety, all consumers should stop using these bindings
immediately and take them to a Rossignol/LOOK retailer for a free
inspection and possible replacement.
No accidents or injuries have been reported, but we are taking
these steps to protect our customers and to ensure that all
products meet our quality requirements. We have notified consumer
safety authorities in certain countries as required by law.
